When you need the classic look of a cedar hedge but have limited space, the North Pole® Arborvitae is the perfect solution. This Proven Winners® selection offers a narrow, elegant silhouette and superior winter resilience, making it a top-tier choice for Canadian landscapes.

Key Features & Benefits

• Space-Saving Narrow Habit: This cultivar grows in a tight, columnar shape, reaching 10–15 feet tall but staying only 3–5 feet wide. It’s the ideal "pillar" for tight corners, narrow side yards, or small garden beds.

• Superior Winter Hardy Performance: Unlike many other arborvitaes, 'North Pole' was selected specifically for its resistance to winter burn. It maintains its deep, dark green colour throughout the coldest months without browning.

• Instant Privacy Screen: Its dense, evergreen foliage makes it a fantastic choice for creating a living privacy wall or windbreak that stays lush and green year-round.

• Low Maintenance & No Pruning: Because of its naturally disciplined, upright growth habit, it rarely requires pruning to maintain its shape, saving you time and effort.

• Durable & Resilient: More resistant to deer than some other varieties and highly adaptable to different soil types, provided they are well-drained.
